  • Experience with financial management of CAPEX/OPEX projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in facility management and operations.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with Ariba and SAP systems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings.
  • Availability for travel within the USA.
