The Buick and GMC District Sales Manager is responsible for managing and engaging Buick dealers in the Houston territory, focusing on building relationships and ensuring sales objectives are met.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales and customer service.
  • Able to travel 100% and relocate within the USA.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong relationship-building and time management skills.
  • Data-oriented with the ability to manage reports.
  • Coachable mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and composure in conflict situations.
  • Ability to influence and connect with people.
