Customer Service Specialist - Pharma Logistics - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on customer service and logistics for a leading global biopharma company, aimed at enhancing European Cell-Therapy Operations.

In Short

• 12 months contract with part-remote work (office Tue & Thu).
• Be the single point of contact for treatment sites.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience.
• Troubleshoot & resolve logistics challenges.
• Maintain accurate data in scheduling systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in meetings and projects.
• 3 years’ experience in customer service or logistics.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• A self-starter mindset with ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in customer service, call-centre operations, logistics, supply-chain or related field.
• Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills in English & German; French nice to have.
• A self-starter mindset, ownership, and a collaborative spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
