Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support construction project execution through system setup, documentation, scheduling, and coordination across teams and vendors.

In Short

• Set up and manage projects in Project Sight, Spectrum, and Traqspera
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and suppliers
• Manage project documentation: permits, submittals, insurance, compliance
• Track materials, deliveries, and equipment aligned to budgets and schedules
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, POs, and payment workflows
• Monitor project milestones and assist with scheduling

Requirements

• Proficiency in construction software (Project Sight, Spectrum, Traqspera)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in construction documentation and compliance
• Knowledge of budgeting, AP/AR, and procurement processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
