This position involves providing telephonic nursing services to support client-funded contracts, including patient support, data collection, and education.

Requirements

• Associate degree and professional nursing license required.
• Registered Nurse License in good standing.
• Compact State License or willingness to obtain one.
• California State License or willingness to obtain.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience.
• Basic database and office navigation skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to interpret patient information.
