Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Oak Street Health, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a telecommute setting, focusing on building relationships with patients and coordinating their healthcare needs.

• Deliver high-touch primary care to patients.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• CPR Certification required.
• EMR experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving orientation and flexibility.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience as an RN.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages preferred.
• US work authorization required.
