Fundraising Manager - Remote

Overview

The Fundraising Manager at GiveDirectly will help drive new and innovative funding partnerships with foundations, institutions, and corporations while managing major grants and related reporting.

In Short

• Fully remote role working on East Coast hours.
• Manage major grants and reporting for new and recurring partners.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities.
• Build and scale internal tracking and reporting processes.
• End-to-end drafting of funding proposals and reports.
• Build and scale systems for relationship management.
• Run full sales cycles for donor acquisition.
• Contribute to fundraising pipeline and analytics.
• Must travel ~3-4 times per year for retreats and program visits.
• Strong alignment with GiveDirectly values and competencies required.

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in a relevant organization.
• Proven track record of securing funding from various donors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evidence-driven team.
• Experience working with low-income and/or marginalized communities is a plus.
• Language Requirement: English.
