In Short

• Design, build, and maintain ClickHouse and PostgreSQL clusters for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Provision and orchestrate cloud infrastructure using Ansible, Chef, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Implement high-availability ClickHouse solutions optimized for large-scale datasets.
• Optimize high-transaction PostgreSQL clusters for core applications.
• Build monitoring and alerting tools to predict capacity needs and ensure resource optimization.
• Enable cross-database integrations for hybrid analytics.
• Respond to platform alerts and support requests while adhering to SLOs.
• Enhance infrastructure security and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address architectural bottlenecks.
• Participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• Advanced database platform management experience, preferably with Postgres and Clickhouse.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation using Ansible, Chef, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with programming languages such as Go, Ruby, or Python.
• Advanced experience with Linux.
• Extensive on-call experience as an SRE.
• Experience with incident management across all phases.
• Experience implementing monitoring at scale, preferably with Prometheus and Grafana.
