Sales Commissions Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sales Commissions Analyst provides support to GitLab's commissions programs globally. This requires someone to be extremely well organized, analytical and detailed-oriented.

In Short

• Assist with worldwide commission calculations, reporting, and first-tier end user support
• Configure and maintain sales commission plans in Xactly Incent
• Ensure commission plan participants are accurately credited for their transactions
• Track and research compensation issues
• Competency with compensation analytics tools required to support Sales and Sales Operations
• Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness
• Support SOX compliance, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain a focus on process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency
• Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, economics or other quantitative fields preferred
• 3+ years experience in SaaS, supporting sales incentive programs
• Proficiency in Xactly Incent
• Experience with Salesforce and G Suite
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
• Excellent problem solving and project management skills
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines
• B2B experience preferred
• Interest in GitLab, and open source software
