IT Security Administrator - Remote

Overview

Gilytics provides a 3D web-GIS application for automated routing and design of energy, telecommunication and transport infrastructure. To support our growth and increasing compliance requirements, we are looking for a hands-on IT Security Administrator who will take ownership of cybersecurity, cloud operations, and internal IT compliance across the company.

In Short

• Own end-to-end IT security and compliance across the organization.
• Build, maintain, secure, and monitor corporate endpoints.
• Lead system administration in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Define, implement, and enforce IT security policies.
• Manage IT hardware, software, and SaaS tools.
• Provide internal IT support to corporate end users.
• Implement security monitoring and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for security integration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work independently in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT security or related field.
• Strong experience with Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Solid security and analytical mindset.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.
• Experience with Linux is a plus.
• Automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals.
• Experience managing IT hardware and licenses.
• Ability to translate compliance into practical processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
