IT & Security Administrator - Remote

Overview

As our IT & Security Administrator, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the systems that keep our team secure, productive, and compliant.

In Short

• Provision and configure NUC computers for remote employees (US, Mexico, and India).
• Set up and maintain a Windows domain and VPN for company devices.
• Manage automated updates, security patches, and device compliance.
• Define and enforce user access levels for licensed OEM data.
• Monitor and maintain system security, including identity management and endpoint protection.
• Support light infrastructure projects (e.g., factory router/firewall/switch upgrades).
• Document processes and create onboarding guides for employees.
• Provide Tier 2 IT support for troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• Experience in IT administration and security management.
• Proficiency in setting up Windows domains and VPNs.
• Knowledge of user access control and identity management.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions.
• Ability to support infrastructure projects.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
