In Short

  • Shape the Next Generation of Infrastructure by mastering linear infrastructure planning.
  • Engage with industry leaders to translate their needs into innovative solutions.
  • Develop a strategic customer engagement model for continuous collaboration.
  • Plan and execute software roll-outs for new customers.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to foster product adoption.
  • Organize workshops to address specific customer challenges.
  • Design and execute engaging customer events.
  • Identify customer pain points and design seamless product integrations.
  • Manage and prioritize customer requests effectively.
  • Drive strategic revenue expansion through upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master in geoinformatics, environmental engineering, civil engineering or similar field.
  • Experience in land management and spatial planning of energy infrastructure with GIS.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B customer relationship management or product management.
  • Excel in project management and conceptual system design.
  • Thrive in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Drive data-driven decisions with attention to detail.
  • Be a highly motivated learner in the energy sector.
  • Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodology.
  • Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
