System Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled System Administrator to join our global system team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large international team while being the sole IT representative in Bulgaria. The role combines independence, responsibility, and collaboration with experts across the globe.

In Short

• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.
• Manage and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Nutanix).
• Monitor and maintain network security, disaster recovery, and cloud solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and processes.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft core services: AD, Azure AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP, M365.
• Strong network troubleshooting and analysis skills. Hands on experience configuring and maintaining Switches, Routers, Firewall.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, including maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a fast-learning ability.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
