Overview

Gilat Satellite Networks is seeking a Senior Delivery Project Manager to oversee a large-scale aviation program, managing product development, manufacturing, and delivery to customers.

In Short

• Create and own the master program plan, scope, timelines, and budget
• Manage program activities with R&D and Operations
• Identify and manage program risks
• Deliver the product to the customer
• Interface with the customer for program management
• Instill aeronautical processes into development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of customer-facing program management experience
• Experience in RF and antenna technologies
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Self-starter with a results-driven attitude
• Experience in executive communications
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Monday.com
• Ability to travel internationally (20%)
