Overview

The Organizational Development Analyst will design, implement, and monitor programs and strategies for employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as satisfaction surveys and integration sessions, to promote human talent development and continuous improvement aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.

• Desirable experience in evaluation tools, data analysis, and training program design.
