Business Analyst, Commercial - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst, Commercial to support data-driven decision-making within our Large Pharma Commercial Team, playing a key role in improving patient experience and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from pharmacy platforms.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports.
• Identify sales and patient trends.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for performance issues.
• Partner with leadership for data-driven strategies.
• Work with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Pharma Client teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation for data sources and workflows.
• Must be able to work onsite as needed.
• Must communicate findings to non-statistical coworkers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of analytics experience in call center, healthcare, or pharma.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Experience with CRM or pharmacy operating systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting pharma clients or brand teams preferred.
• Process-oriented problem solver.
