Overview

The Manager, PropTech will lead the integration of property technology into the management platform, enhancing asset value while ensuring a human-first approach to resident services.

• Develop and execute PropTech strategy including Smart Home and Resident Experience applications.
• Maintain inventory of property technology across the portfolio.
• Ensure technology partners comply with Vendor Risk Management.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and product assessments.
• Monitor technology trends affecting strategic plans.
• Assist in capital planning and asset management.
• Provide support to property teams with technology challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology or operations role focused on PropTech.
• Understanding of technological trends in multifamily industry.
• Experience in implementing technology solutions for property management.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into solutions.
• Proven experience as an IT manager.
• Understanding of vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and data.
