Requirements

• 5 - 7 years as a software engineer at a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in NestJS, ReactJS, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience in leading engineering best practices.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for the problems being solved.
• Data-driven approach to validate work outcomes.
