In Short

• Lead the NRE and Metro Engineering functions, managing teams of engineers.
• Own GFiber’s end-to-end network reliability strategy.
• Define standards for observability, redundancy, fault detection, and auto-remediation.
• Lead design and execution of failure simulations and risk mitigation playbooks.
• Influence vendor architectures and partner with industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in network engineering.
• Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience in incident management and high-availability systems.
• Familiarity with IP networking and optical transport.
