In Short

• Support GFiber’s growth through financial analysis.
• Manage and optimize key FP&A processes.
• Partner with Engineering, Network, Supply Chain, and Product Strategy teams.
• Lead financial modeling for product initiatives.
• Deliver monthly insights on financial performance.
• Develop financial models to support various teams.
• Execute month-end close responsibilities.
• Collaborate with business partners for accuracy in financials.
• Influence decisions with data and modeling.
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related fields.
• Experience building financial and business models.
• Ability to present to and influence departmental leadership.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience with SQL.
• Experience working collaboratively on complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability in a growing company.
