Workforce Manager - Remote

In Short

• Report directly to the VP of Operations and/or COO.
• Oversee workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams.
• Utilise Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with opportunities.
• Manage offboarding processes for exiting employees.
• Track account churn and work with leadership for replacements.
• Maintain a centralised database of active employees.
• Provide daily workforce health updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
• Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
