We're hiring a hands-on Head of Growth Operator to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.

• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and Taboola.
• Creative strategy— identifying winning hooks, angles, and concepts.
• Copywriting— ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages.
• Funnel optimization—CRO, upsells, cross-sells, and conversion rate improvements.
• Scaling paid traffic and improving ROAS across all channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
