Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.

In Short

• Drive growth across markets, channels, and funnels.
• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and Taboola.
• Create and execute creative strategies and copywriting.
• Optimize funnels for conversion rate improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive and accountable mindset.
