Senior/Lead UX UI Designer (E-commerce) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior/Lead UX UI Designer at Droppe, you will design intuitive and modern user experiences that enhance how workers and businesses across Europe order their workwear.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in UI/UX and/or product design.
• Proven track record in e-commerce and CRO.
• Strong UI design experience and understanding of design patterns.
• Experience in UX research and creating user-centric designs.
• Familiarity with AI workflows and modern tech.
• Proficient in Figma and design systems.
• Good eye for design and strong UX capabilities.
• Experience with e-commerce data analysis (GA4) is a plus.
• Knowledge of multiple European languages is advantageous.
• Experience in fashion e-commerce is a plus.
