In Short

• Lead design projects from concept to launch for our E-commerce domain.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Champion design thinking workshops to drive innovative solutions.
• Design solutions that improve conversion rates and elevate the shopping experience.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to refine designs.
• Generate insights that shape product strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align business goals with user needs.
• Clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Drive organizational influence through a people-first lens.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design research and prototyping.
• 4+ years of experience in UX design building wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Leadership experience in UX design and research.
• Fluency in Figma and UserTesting.com.
