In Short

Create and manage Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) for our products.
Design both UX and UI elements aligning with our Design Language System (DLS).
Collaborate with user research teams to integrate insights into designs.
Guide junior colleagues and present innovative solutions to stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing independently.
Fluency in English is required; German and other languages are beneficial.

Requirements

Several years of experience as a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer.
Expertise in creating CJMs, JTBD, and segmentation frameworks.
Strong presentation skills and storytelling ability.
Solid knowledge of UX design processes within an agile environment.
