In Short

  • Responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Identify and prospect ideal customer profile (ICP) companies across Spain and Italy.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Research and engage decision-makers, including Marketing Directors, Digital Marketing Managers, CMOs, and CEOs.
  • Qualify leads based on business fit and opportunity potential.
  • Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data.
  • Test and optimize messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve outbound performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and Italian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
