Overview

We are looking for a HR Business Partner Palliative to join our team. This position will directly report to the AVP HR Business Partners Palliative Care & AIM and is responsible for helping to align HR and business objectives with employees and management for Gentiva Health’s rapidly growing palliative division.

In Short

  • Provide Human Resources support to new and current associates.
  • Support people leaders on HR areas including training and employee relations.
  • Serve as trusted HR partner for employee relation matters.
  • Facilitate and deliver new trainings on leadership development.
  • Review HRIS reports to identify trends for retention and engagement.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in HR-related laws and company policies.
  • Work with HR Processing Specialists for smooth onboarding experience.
  • Help monitor annual performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with people leaders and associates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or 8+ years relevant HR experience.
  • 3-5+ years experience in a similar HR business partner role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced healthcare, palliative, or hospice setting preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience working for a multi-state employer.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
