Overview

Our client, a highly regarded Texas State agency, is looking for a strong Business Systems Analyst to perform complex computer systems analysis work in support of the Business Systems Integration (BSI) unit.

In Short

• Contract length of 6 months with potential for hire
• Remote position in Texas
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and quality assurance testing
• Experience with UI Benefits and Tax Systems
• Conducting fit/gap sessions and system configurations
• Preparing project documentation
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles
• State of Texas project management experience preferred

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst
• Strong experience gathering requirements and quality assurance testing
• Prior experience with UI Benefits and Tax Systems
• Experience conducting fit/gap sessions
• Experience with UAT and developing training documentation
• Experience preparing project documentation
• Experience with document management systems
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles
• Experience with project management methodologies
• State of Texas project management experience preferred
