Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience with international hiring; fluent in English interviews.
• Proven ability to build pipelines through creative sourcing methods.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Proactive mindset — adaptable, independent, and outcome-focused.
