Lead Front-end Engineer - Remote

Overview

Boosters is a Ukrainian product company creating valuable products in EdTech and life-improvement sectors for over 40 million people globally. We are looking for a Lead Front-end Developer for our new product JustDone, an AI assistant for academic audiences that enhances research and learning.

In Short

• Lead and develop the front-end team.
• Set up processes and approaches for front-end development.
• Resolve complex technical and architectural issues.
• Collaborate with other product teams.
• Enhance code quality, delivery speed, and performance.
• Participate in developing new features in collaboration with Backend developers.
• Contribute to platform development and functionality changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech/Team Lead.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Redux, Next JS, HTML, CSS, Figma.
• Experience with Webpack configuration.
• Understanding of client-server interaction principles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD setup for client applications (AWS, S3, CloudFront).
• Experience writing unit and e2e tests.
• Experience with user analytics and A/B testing.
