Junior Operations Specialist - Remote

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist for our Legal Tech project.

Legal Tech is one of the businesses in the R&D center of Universe Group, which develops innovative solutions for automating legal services, targeting B2C users in the USA and the global market.

In Short

• Develop operational functions for Legal Tech.
• Create document templates for user completion.
• Prepare user instructions and implement them on the website.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and researchers.
• Timely update document templates as needed.
• Quickly adapt to new tools and internal builders.
• Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Word, and PDF editors.
• Attention to detail is critical for working with templates and documentation.
• Proactive communication and self-organization are necessary for effective teamwork.
• English proficiency at least at Strong Intermediate level.

Requirements

• Experience in website administration is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic project management principles is a plus.
• Understanding of various types of research is a plus.
