As a Junior Operations Specialist at Einride, you will support customers in the DACH region, ensuring operational excellence while contributing to the transformation of road freight through innovative technologies.

In Short

• Develop and maintain optimal customer experience for clients in Germany

Requirements

• Apprenticeship in logistics or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics
• Experience in a customer-facing role within operations or logistics
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Service and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently
• Fluent in German and English
• Hands-on mentality and adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and sustainability
