Overview

As a Transport Coordinator at Einride, you will be part of transforming road freight through innovative digital, electric, and autonomous technologies, focusing on operational management and customer experience.

In Short

• Daily operational management and transport planning.
• First point of contact for drivers, carriers, and workshops.
• Secure driver planning and support drivers with daily tasks.
• Monitor support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct performance analysis to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience in transport planning and customer-facing roles.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Service and solution-oriented mindset.
• Independent and confident decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in the EV industry or startups is a plus.
