Director, Program - Mid-Atlantic Region - Remote

Overview

The Mid-Atlantic Region Program Director manages Generation Citizen's program implementation, partnership development, monitoring program quality assurance, and regional expansion. This role leads a regional programmatic team to implement a community-based civics curriculum and additional programmatic offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of nonprofit or education experience.
• 3+ years of partnership recruitment experience.
• Experience with middle or high school education.
• Strong team management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in classroom or adult learning settings.
• Preferred: Data-informed evaluation experience.
