Overview

The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for cloud capacity and performance engineering projects, focusing on shaping the Autonomous Vehicle cloud infrastructure strategy.

In Short

Lead planning, tracking, and reporting of engineering execution.
Drive cloud cost efficiency and capacity planning initiatives.
Own cross-departmental technical programs.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual roadmaps.
Improve processes for proactive capacity management.
Standardize and publish engineering KPIs.
Assess and mitigate risks related to cloud scalability.
Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering.
Translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
Communicate progress, risks, and results to executives.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering organizations.
Experience as a TPM or in a comparable role.
Ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
Experience with cost optimization processes and metrics.
Familiarity with agile methods and program tooling.
Technical fluency in infrastructure architecture concepts.
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to break down complex problems.
