Overview

The Post-Sales Business Consultant will work remotely, visiting dealerships in the Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul regions, focusing on achieving commercial goals and strengthening relationships with the dealership network.

In Short

  • Responsible for commercial negotiations and sales strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships.
  • Ensure execution of brand policies and standards.
  • Analyze dealership business and share best practices.
  • Identify market opportunities and anticipate competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.
  • Travel for dealership visits as needed.
  • Must reside in Campo Grande/MS.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in commercial areas or with franchises/dealerships.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with numbers and analyze data.
  • Mobility and availability for travel.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Power BI knowledge is desirable.
