Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer for the Paint Shop Process will analyze and implement product or machinery designs to optimize manufacturing processes. This role involves directing the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes while maintaining regular contact with external partners.

  • Intermediate to conversational English required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Fanuc painting robots (P700, P500, P20, M2000, M710ia).
  • Knowledge of Paint Pro programming software.
  • Experience in automotive painting processes.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Ability to implement new projects.
  • Capability to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Planning and execution skills for short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Conflict resolution and personnel management skills.
