Overview

The Controller Integration Engineer (CIE) is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software and control system issues in vehicles, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality vehicle performance.

  • Participate in vehicle build events and buy off rides.
  • Provide regular updates to issue owners on integration status.
  • Encourage creativity in data collection and analysis.
  • Work with both internal and external teams on software updates.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of experience in control calibrations or algorithms.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments autonomously.
  • Legal ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • On-site support at Milford and Warren facilities required.
  • MS in Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in control systems development preferred.
  • Experience with HIL benches and programming in Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with vehicle testing and validation processes.
