Overview

The Senior Research Program Manager will manage early-stage research projects to enhance diagnostic yield and reduce time to diagnosis for hereditary diseases.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (preferably PhD) in Genetics, Genomics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in genomic research or program management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Understanding of DNA & RNA sequencing technologies.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
