In Short

• Define, refine, and align the research scope across engineering teams.
• Coordinate AI research projects and tool development efforts.
• Establish project roadmaps and track goals and metrics.
• Align with various stakeholders at different levels.
• Ensure delivery of impactful research artifacts and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the advancement of state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Publish technical findings internally and externally.
• Facilitate team ideation and retrospective reviews.
• Manage goal setting and prioritization for projects.
• Work closely with teams to ensure quality of research releases.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical program management or research coordination.
• Strong understanding of foundational AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready to relocate to Heidelberg, Germany.
