QA Analyst/Performance Engineer - Remote

Overview

The QA Analyst/Performance Engineer will conduct automated and manual tests to ensure software performs adequately and meets the user requirements.

In Short

• Conduct automated and manual tests for software performance.
• Plan, construct, and execute various tests including load and penetration tests.
• Design and develop automated scripts using LoadRunner.
• Execute performance tests such as load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Validate fail-over/recovery scenarios and measure impact on response times.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and performance engineering.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies for enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in LoadRunner scripting with various protocols.
• Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking systems.
• Experience in accessibility testing and tools.
• Certifications: ISTQB or CSTE, Advanced LoadRunner certification.
• Experience working with municipal agencies is a plus.
