Overview

The Transition Lead / Modernization Lead will play a crucial role in supporting federal customers by managing hosting transition efforts and ensuring the successful implementation of modernization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience with IT and cloud best practices.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• U.S. residency requirement for applicants.
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams effectively.
