Overview

As an Information Technology Operations Lead, you will oversee IT operations, develop and implement IT solutions, and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems, supporting the Department of State.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong solutions architecture skills.
• ITIL 4 certification at an intermediate level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading large ITSM projects.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
