VP of Information Technology - Remote

Overview

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler is seeking to fill a remote position for a VP of Information Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company’s business objectives, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security.

In Short

• Develops and implements the company’s IT strategic plan.
• Leads the IT department, including recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Recommends areas in IT to be insourced or outsourced.
• Drives and oversees the selection and implementation of technology solutions.
• Develops and implements security policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with the executive team to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Stays informed of emerging technologies.
• Ensures IT infrastructure supports company needs.
• Develops and manages the IT budget.
• Oversees IT projects ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement IT strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Extensive experience in IT leadership roles.
• Knowledge of IT technologies including hardware and software.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree with a business focus required.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 10-25% domestic travel required.
