IT Finance and Controlling Analyst - Remote

Overview

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a remote IT Finance and Controlling position. The Finance & Controlling Analyst owns configuration and operational support for core finance processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and serves as a bridge between Accounting/Finance operations and the SAP platform. This role blends hands-on finance process knowledge (month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR impacts) with SAP configuration ownership and continuous improvement delivery in a Fit-to-Standard, quarterly release environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting operations or ERP finance roles
• SAP S/4HANA experience required; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud preferred
• Demonstrated experience owning configuration and supporting business operations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate finance process needs
• Travel 25 - 30% of the time, domestic travel
