Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Gcore, you will help design and deliver the infrastructure and software solutions that power digital experiences in an AI-driven world.

In Short

  • Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations regarding products and services in Edge Network.
  • Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues.
  • Address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Identify patterns in technical issues and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support capabilities.
  • Work two consecutive night shifts followed by two days off.
  • Flexible work options available: remote, hybrid, or office.

  • Work from anywhere for up to 45 days per year.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Experience with CDN and Linux.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer advocacy skills.
  • Quick learner, organized, and a team player.
  • Responsible and optimistic with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
