The Director of Brand and Site Marketing is a strategic and hands-on role that will lead the development and execution of our global brand strategy and digital presence. This dual-role position is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of creative vision, operational excellence, and digital performance.

In Short

  • Own the development and stewardship of global brand standards, visual identity, and messaging architecture.
  • Lead the creative execution of integrated brand campaigns across various media channels.
  • Guide and approve all major brand creative ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Measure brand performance using KPIs and continuously optimize strategy.
  • Oversee external creative agencies and ensure quality and budget control.
  • Own website experience and drive performance optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with regional marketers to tailor strategies to specific goals.
  • Manage timelines and creative development for major campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Remote work environment with up to 10% travel required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and digital strategy roles.
  • Proven success in leading global brand campaigns.
  • Experience managing digital platforms and agencies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Technical skills in MS Office Suite and cloud-based systems.
