The Director of Integrated Marketing and Analytics is a strategic and operational leader who ensures GBTA’s global marketing is cohesive, measurable, and revenue focused. This role integrates marketing campaign planning, event registration, and analytics to drive performance and inform decisions.

In Short

  • Own GBTA’s global product and event marketing calendar.
  • Manage marketing operations tools and processes.
  • Standardize campaign playbooks.
  • Lead the Event Registration team.
  • Deliver executive-ready reports and presentations.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends.
  • Track KPIs and attendance forecasts.
  • Maximize capabilities of event registration platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure campaigns are globally relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Masters preferred.
  • 7+ years in integrated marketing, operations, or analytics.
  • Expertise in event registration and attendee data management.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Highly collaborative leader.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask various projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Background in trade associations or B2B preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
