As a Sales Specialist at Gateway.fm, you will contribute to the growth of permissionless, open, and decentralized systems in the Web3 industry, leveraging engineering expertise to drive blockchain ecosystem adoption.

In Short

  • Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities within Web3.
  • Scope, nurture, and close business deals effectively.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients in blockchain ecosystems.
  • Conduct market research to engage and onboard potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches, strategies, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions.
  • Track and manage sales metrics for consistent growth.
  • Ensure a process-focused and diligent approach to sales execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Web3.
  • Proven track record in sales with measurable success.
  • Experience selling blockchain-related products is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Established network within Web3 (Ethereum, L2s, ZKP, etc.).
  • Experience working with marketing teams to drive lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology and the decentralized ecosystem.
  • Process-driven and diligent in executing sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate market dynamics.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of key sales, operational and business metrics.
